2012-2012 bands announced
Congratulations to all of our students on a great round of auditions for the 2012-2013 RL Paschal High School Concert Bands!! We had to make some very difficult decisions, but feel good about the potential of all three concert bands. Students interested in re-auditioning for a higher band placement may do so at the end of the fall semester. 2012 FWISD All-District Band and TMEA All-Region Band audition participation /results will also be taken into consideration when making decisions about changes in band assignments between the fall and spring semesters.
Special note about percussion results: For the fall semester, percussionists are assigned to a class period that corresponds to their marching band assignment. Band assignments for our Winter Concert in December will be based on the recent concert percussion auditions in May and spring semester assignments will take FWISD All-District and TMEA All-Region Band audition results.
